Officers found a machete with an eight-inch blade, as well as drugs, cash, scales and clingfilm.
They seized 81 grams of cocaine, 497 grams of cannabis and 23 grams of heroin.
Jay Reilly pleaded guilty to nine offences and was sentenced at Guildford Crown Court.
