The council will fund them following an agreement with
the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime.
The 22 Constables and three Sergeants will focus on priorities identified by residents and borough-led intelligence.
This includes tackling anti-social behaviour, drug-related activity, illegal e-bikes and mopeds and environmental crime.
