It includes measures to deal with flooding, heatwaves and storms, as well as protecting vulnerable residents and essential services.
The plan also includes more green spaces and shade, better flood preparedness and making new developments more climate resilient.
The council says the plan will help Hounslow prepare for more extreme weather in the years ahead.
