The centre on Sleaford Street replaces a smaller branch surgery on Thessaly Road.
It has 22 consulting rooms and several treatment spaces.
The £15 million centre has been mainly funded by Wandsworth Council, using money from developments in the area.
It will provide more space for NHS services as the area’s population continues to grow.
