There’s been a “big” year-on-year increase in footfall and spending across the borough of Hounslow.

The council says new town centre data shows visitor numbers are up by as much as 15% in Brentford since the end of 2024.

The authority says despite January to March being a traditionally quieter time, there’s been an increase on the same period last year.

Hounslow is welcoming Government support which it says will allow it to improve shopfronts, signage and the feel of its high streets.
