A new pay-on-exit system will be introduced at the Health and Social Care Centre to the rear of the site.
Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust says the change will allow for better use of the limited parking available.
Additional Blue Badge and staff bays are also being introduced as part of the changes.
