Wandsworth has one of the lowest levels of government help for making homes warmer and more energy efficient in Britain

Just 19 homes in every 1,000 have received help there since 2013, compared with around 156 across Great Britain.

Richmond, Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster also have some of the lowest levels of support.

Experts are urging people to check if they qualify for help before the current scheme ends in December.
