Four schools in Hounslow are set to save more than £100,000 a year on energy bills.

It’s after Feltham Hill Infant and Nursery, Cardinal Road, Southville and Beavers Primary had solar panels fitted.

They say the improvements will cut the schools’ carbon emissions and reduce the amount of energy they use.

Hounslow Council says the money saved can instead be spent on pupils’ education.
