Stuart Pringle, 55, is accused of dangerous driving, failing to stop after collisions, battery and drug-driving.
The incidents happened on Molesey Road and Hepworth Way in Walton and Thames Street in Sunbury on Tuesday morning.
The cyclists suffered minor injuries and Pringle has been remanded in custody, he’s due to appear in court in September.
