Chelsea have completed the signing of full-back Pep Chavarria from Rayo Vallecano.

The Spaniard moves to Stamford Bridge on a contract until 2031, in a deal thought to be worth over £16million.

He says it’s a “dream” to join what he’s called “one of the biggest clubs in the world”.
