Romell Glave led a British one-two in the 100-metre sprint final at the European Athletics Championships in Birmingham.

The athlete, from Croydon, won gold for Great Britain.

Jeremiah Azu got silver while Germany’s Owen Ansah took third place.

Former Olympic champion Marcell Jacobs of Italy didn’t get a medal and appeared to be struggling with injury.
