Harlequins players Jack Tyler and Ellis Woolrych are both in the squad.
Woolrych, who attends St John’s School in Leatherhead and plays for Sutton and Epsom, is among the forwards selected.
The team beat Georgia 66-33 in their opening match, with Sale Sharks’ Charlie Bray scoring twice and captaining the side.
England will finish the series against South Africa on Saturday.
