London Mayor, Sir Sadiq Khan has unveiled a 10-year plan to clean up the capital’s rivers.

£1.8 billion from water companies, boroughs and charities will transform 10 key spots into cleaner havens for wildlife and people.

The rare chalk-stream, the River Wandle, will receive around £650,000 of funding.
