Kingston University and the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability in Putney have launched a joint training academy.

It’ll provide postgraduate modules and courses for the next generation of healthcare professionals specialising in this kind of medicine.

RHN is an independent charity which provides rehabilitation and long-term care to people with complex neurological disabilities.

We’re told the Academy has been created in response to the growing demand for nursing in that area.

Paul Allen, Chief Executive Officer, Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability, said: “The launch of the RHN Academy represents a significant milestone not only for our organisation but for specialist neuro-disability care across the UK.
