The Sensory Services Centre at Bridgehead House will offer advice, specialist support and activities for people with sight and hearing loss.
The refurbished building provides an accessible hub where residents can get help, stay connected and stay independent.
The charity Sensory Services by Sight for Surrey supports more than 8,500 people across the county each year.
