23 year old Arthur Fery’s become the first British player to make it into the third round at Wimbledon.
The wildcard, who went to nearby King’s College School on Wimbledon Common between 2014 and 2020, came from a set down to beat Finnish qualifier Otto Virtanen in four sets.
He was watched on by the Princess of Wales, who helped welcome in fans to the grounds this morning.
It wasn’t to be for Katie Swan, who was beaten in two sets by Madison Keys of the USA.
