They’re alleged to have taken place in Kensington between 1978 and 1981.
The 82-year-old’s due in court next month.
Gadd will appear before Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, the 5th of August.
The charges relate to one victim, and the offences are alleged to have taken place between the years of 1978-1981 at a residential address in Kensington.
The allegations were first reported to the Met in January 2025 and an investigation into the circumstances was launched.
Gadd was first interviewed in July 2025 in relation to the investigation.
The victim is being supported by specialist officers, and they have been made aware of this update.
