More than 90% of systems at Kensington and Chelsea Council are back up and running following a cyber-attack in November.

The incident, which was criminal in intent, saw the personal data of 100,000 residents stolen.

All services, including council tax collection, were suspended and a backlog created, which should be cleared by the end of the year.
