25-year-old Paul was last seen in Bookham at around 5pm yesterday and it’s thought he has links to Cobham and Wallington.
He’s described as Black, around 5ft 10in tall, of slim build, with bleached blonde hair, last seen in blue shorts and a white tank top.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police on 101.
