Transport for London is installing new digital signalling to improve reliability and future frequency.
No District or Hammersmith & City line service will run on the Fulham Broadway to Wimbledon link on Saturday.
The same section also closes from early afternoon Saturday and all day Sunday.
Passengers should check the TfL app before travelling.
