A 14-year-old boy from Surrey is preparing for a 500-mile fundraising challenge to Manchester United’s Old Trafford and back.

Zac Knight, who has epilepsy, has raised more than £100k since his diagnosis at 8 and is launching “Zac’s Great Big Challenge 2026”.

The Manchester United fan will run from Surrey to Old Trafford before cycling home, a year after running 830 miles for charity.

Zac tells us he hopes to inspire young people with epilepsy and raise funds for UK support services.
