Hounslow Council is marking Volunteers’ Week with events celebrating volunteers and community groups across the borough.

Councillor Ajmer Grewal has visited Inclusive Joyful Activities, a volunteer-led group supporting adults with additional needs.

The group has recently received £10,000 in council funding.

The group runs inclusive sessions that are growing, helping adults with disabilities connect, learn and get support.

Events this week include open days and a volunteer celebration, recognising over 850 groups in Hounslow.
