Croydon Council is asking residents to help identify fly-tippers as part of a zero-tolerance campaign on environmental crime.

Footage of suspected fly-tippers has been published on the council’s website, with residents asked to help identify those involved.

It follows a Thornton Heath case where a social media video led to a £400 fixed penalty notice being issued.

The council is now encouraging people to report offenders and share evidence to help keep local streets clean.
