One person had to jump from a second-floor window after the blaze broke out in Cedars Road on Sunday evening.
The property affected was a three-storey house converted into sheltered accommodation flats.
People with e-bikes are being warned that mismatching the charger increases the risk of fire and they should be unplugged after charging.
You should also never charge an e-bike or e-scooter unattended or whilst you’re sleeping.
LFB says batteries purchased online or second-hand, which don’t meet UK safety standards, are particularly prone to catching fire.
