Two people have been charged after 43 arrests were made during rival protests in central London at the weekend.

49-year-old Stuart Adams from Merton is accused of a racially aggravated public order offence.

Dara Harbison, who’s 26 and from Brighton, is charged with assaulting an emergency worker, criminal damage and possession of cannabis.

Both are due in court today – having attended separate demonstrations.
