It is reported that a vehicle’s rear window was damaged on the High Street while it was occupied by two people, including a child.
44-year-old Katie Feltham, from Epsom, has been charged and is due in court on 27 July.
Sergeant Adam Staplehurst says incidents involving children are taken seriously and will be thoroughly investigated.
