Estate agent, John D Wood & Co, analysed neighbourhoods across the country using data from the Office for National Statistics.
Sutton ranked number 1 thanks to strong home ownership levels, good amenities, open spaces and low anti-social behaviour incidents.
Chester and Durham came in at 2nd and 3rd respectively with Hammersmith and Fulham also making the list at number 7.
