20-year-old Tommy-Lee Bavin and 27-year-old Frankie Bavin were spotted in a vehicle with false details and no insurance.
They failed to stop, threw away a bag of cocaine worth £1,600, and were later linked to drug supply through phone evidence.
Tommy-Lee has been jailed for three years, while Frankie received a two-year suspended sentence.
