Sarins Group Ltd owns the Red Lion in Harlington High Street.
Bosses have been fined £1,600, ordered to pay full prosecution costs of £866 and a victim surcharge of £666.
They admitted one charge of not complying with a notice requiring remedial work to be undertaken to improve the building.
The notice required a number of actions including removing all overgrown foliage as the pub sits within a conservation area.
The matter first came to Hillingdon council’s attention following a complaint in June 2023 about untidy land.
