It happened in the affluent area of The Avenue on Friday, the 17th of April, at around 2:20pm.
One rider is described as wearing a black helmet and driving a blue moped.
The other was wearing a white helmet and driving a white moped and both bikes had a black box on the back.
Officers say they are particularly keen to speak to the driver of a small grey van who spoke to the victim following the incident.
