Anna Moss works for Historic Royal Palaces, the charity which cares for sites including Hampton Court Palace and the Tower of London.

She is taking on the challenge of the London Marathon for the first time while wearing a stunning Tudor-style dress, bringing the grandeur of the Tudor court to the capital’s streets.

Anna, who works across HRP’s palaces, made the dress by hand, designing it to reflect the style of the Tudor period while also being suitable for running.

Inspired by stories of powerful women throughout history, including Anne Boleyn and others who challenged expectations, she is looking forward to defying expectations and going the distance in the marathon, continuing the legacy of women who have left their mark on history and on London’s royal palaces.
