The above sections of Holloway Hill and Hardwick Lane are to shut so the construction of the new roundabout can commence.
The roads will be closed 24 hours a day for approximately six months, starting from next Tuesday, with diversions in place.
Patients are being told there will be no through route or access for any vehicles, except for access to the White Lodge Centre.
