Great Western Railway says the trial service will run from 6 June along the North Downs line through to Reading.
Extra early-morning trains on Saturdays and Mondays aim to help passengers catch flights outside the usual timetable.
The operator will review demand over the 12-week trial before deciding whether to keep overnight services running.
