Molesey Community Centre is to shut later this month for refurbishment.

The hub, based at St Peter’s West Church, is expected to close on April the 17th and won’t reopen until the end of May.

We’re told groups that regularly use the centre are being supported to find alternative spaces while the work takes place.

In the longer term, there are plans for a community hub with a café, children’s activities, and support for older residents.
