The NHS trust says they are on schedule and due to be completed by the end of April.
It’s hoped the project will enhance the safety, usability, and long-term functionality of the car park.
The area is being resurfaced, lighting upgraded and replaced and one of the entry/exit barriers removed.
Most of the work is taking place at weekends and after hours to minimise disruption, although some bays are out of action.
