Kingston has been handed over £100,000 to plant 112 more trees on streets across the borough.

The money is coming from the Forestry Commission’s Urban Tree Challenge Fund.

The trees will be planted in areas including Kingston Town Centre and Red Lion Road in Surbiton.

It’s hoped they all be planted by the end of the month.
