A decision will be made tonight as to whether the next part of a housing development at Tolworth Roundabout can go ahead.

Countryside and The Guinness Partnership are seeking permission for 336 homes at Signal Park in four tower blocks of up to 16 storeys tall.

That’s 226 more homes than were originally approved for the site.

Residents say they are concerned about the height of the blocks and the lack of parking and infrastructure.
