Almost £19 million has been spent on road projects and schools across Reigate and Banstead over the last three years.

The cash has come from a levy placed on developers by the council.

Schemes completed include new play areas, sports facilities, community buildings and environmental improvements.

21 projects have been completed so far and four more underway.
