30 year old Jordan Griffith from Sutton has been jailed for 14 months after being caught during patrols in Epsom and Ewell.
Officers found drugs and cash in his car and later discovered further evidence at an address, including more than £11,000 in cash.
The confiscated £12,380 will be reinvested into law enforcement under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
