Chelsea have been fined just under £11-million and given a one-year transfer ban, which is suspended for two years, for historical breaches of financial rules.

It’s after the Premier League investigated secret payments made between 2011 and 2018.

The transactions came to light when the current owners bought the club in 2022 and the irregularities were self reported.
