Wandsworth Town Centre is set for safer streets, better lighting, and more greenery after residents and local businesses raised concerns.

The first phase of work will improve crossings, sidewalks, and links to parks, funded by developer contributions and TfL

Later upgrades could include wider pavements, new bus lanes, and more crossings, with public consultation planned for this summer.

These upgrades are part of a wider plan to make the town centre easier to get around and support new homes and transport links.
