Victoria House, which sat on the North Cheam Crossroads, was a 1960s built office block.
It was knocked down in 2023 by owner Home Group who wanted to turn it into housing blocks and retail units.
It’s unclear who the new owner is and we’ve approached Sutton Council for comment.
