Fin Smith will start at fly-half for England with Steve Borthwick making nine personnel changes for Saturday’s rugby union Six Nations clash with Italy.

He’s selected an entirely new backline, with Cadan Murley, Seb Atkinson and Tom Roebuck among the players to come in.
