Croydon Council is using £1.5 million from the Pride in Place Programme to brighten up local streets, parks, and community spots.

The funding follows feedback from residents and MPs on where investment is most needed.

Upgrades are designed to make local areas safer, more welcoming and more accessible, with new facilities and public art planned.

The works are expected to be completed by March 2027.
