23-year-old Zac Lammas will take part in the event for The Children’s Trust on Tuesday night.
Zac received specialist rehabilitation at the charity after being given less than a 1% chance of survival at the age of 16.
The annual comedy event raises vital funds to support children and young people recovering from brain injuries.
