People in a café opposite Gregory & Co filmed the incident as it happened at 10.30 on Saturday morning.
Shop staff could bee seen in the video trying to bat the men away with a small box and trying to remove display items from their grasp.
The Met Police says it is treating the attack as aggravated burglary and no arrests have been made.
