Landowners across Lambeth are being asked to put forward possible sites that could be redeveloped for housing.

The council’s ‘Call for Sites’ is one of the first steps in the development of a new Local Plan for the borough.

Ideas submitted will be assessed for their suitability and availability in line with national planning policy.

Lambeth is aiming to raise its affordable homes tally to 600 by 2030.
