The 1926 expansion included seven new stations, adding Morden, South Wimbledon, Colliers Wood, Tooting Broadway, Tooting Bec, Balham, and Clapham South, many of which are now Grade II listed.

This centenary follows on from the 2021 opening of the Northern line extension to Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station, the first major addition to the Tube this century.
