Armed forces veterans living in Hammersmith and Fulham are to receive a reduction on their council tax.

The authority says it’s its way of honouring the 80th anniversary year of Victory in Europe Day.

Veterans will see a 25% discount on their bills.

2021 Census survey data shows that there are 2,140 armed forces veterans living in the borough.
