The RMT union is planning a protest over cleaning services on the London Underground, calling for them to be brought back in-house.

It follows Transport for London awarding a new five-year cleaning contract to private firm Mitie.

The protest’s planned for the start of February.

TfL says it’s working with unions to explore how in-house cleaning could be delivered in future.
